develop a custom-made marketing plan that is guaranteed to pump up your business. Ideally, as you work through the pages that follow, you should aim to select five ideas for each of the five parts of the Business Chassis. That will give you 25 ideas to get started with. Imagine that-in a couple of hours you will have 25 proven, powerful marketing ideas that you can instantly put to use. Do the relevant surveys, if you need to, and then fill in the forms for your Five Killer Strategies for each part of the Business Chassis. When you've completed all five killer strategy forms, they add together to become your marketing plan. And that's really only the beginning. Once you've applied those 25, why not choose another 25? Of course, if you were to start another business, this book will prove just as useful all over again. After working out which strategies you'd like to try, go straight to the action plan form at the end of the book and fill out one for each element of the Business Chassis. This is where you make the commitment to really give the ideas your best shot. You work out when you're going to get started, how much implementing the idea will cost, how many extra sales you'll need to break even, and when your testing period will finish. Once you've tested these 25 ideas, you should find you have at least 10 worth hanging onto and running again.
